Job summary

M.S GAZI ENGINEERING (RENOVATION) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations leader to coordinate site staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure smooth shift handovers on Singapore projects.

You will monitor team performance, conduct reviews, mentor new hires, enforce safety and attendance policies, and relay updates from senior management to crews while resolving field challenges.
