Job summary

ZHONG HE XIAO ZHEN SG in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Operations leader to oversee factory performance, fleet, logistics, and warehousing with P&L responsibility. You will drive revenue by pursuing new business opportunities and developing business strategies.

The role requires ensuring ISO22000 and HALAL compliance and leading cross-functional teams to deliver quality products on time and cost-effectively, including night shifts and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Food Manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of generating commercial growth.
• Resourceful with network of foodservice products and equipment.
• Analytical thinker, decision-maker with focus on action and outcomes who drives for results, highly hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the factories with the assistance of Factory Managers.
