in Singapore is seeking a Regional F&B Operations Executive to oversee production flow, support Halal compliance with MUIS/JAKIM, and coordinate automation equipment to sustain consistent product quality. You will monitor machinery, maintain logs, ensure HACCP/ISO22000 standards, conduct hygiene checks, manage FIFO inventory, and travel regularly to Malaysia to provide on-site operational support.

Qualificações

• Experience in food manufacturing or F&B operations, preferably within a Halal environment.
• Understanding of production processes, food safety protocols, and basic automation equipment.
• Ability to travel regular to Malaysia for operational support.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production workflow to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor and support automated machinery to ensure continuous and reliable production.
• Ensure MUIS / JAKIM Halal, HACCP, and ISO22000 standards compliance to uphold food safety and quality.
• Conduct regular hygiene and safety inspections to maintain a safe production environment.
• Manage raw material and packaging inventory using FIFO methods to prevent spoilage and waste.
• Maintain accurate production logs and operational records for traceability and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve production issues and improve processes.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Regional F&B Operations Executive to support Halal food manufacturing operations by ensuring smooth production, compliance with MUIS / JAKIM and other regional Halal standards, and effective coordination of automated equipment to maintain consistent product quality.
