Job summary

The Supervisor leads the shift on the floor, ensuring smooth service, proper topping bar setup, and good customer flow, while directly supervising Team Members and Part-Timers.

This role runs the shift, assigns stations, monitors pace, stocks the topping bar, handles cash/POS, manages queues, and enforces hygiene and safety standards. Ideal candidates bring F&B or retail experience with leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B or retail experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
• Some team lead or shift-in-charge experience preferred.
• Comfortable multitasking across cashier, host, and topping bar duties.
• Good communication and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Confident, outgoing, and loves interacting with people.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Run the shift: assign stations (topping bar, cashier, host/queue), monitor pace and coverage
• Ensure the topping bar is fully stocked, fresh, and presentable throughout the shift
• Check fruit/toppingpreparation quality and rotate stock (FIFO) to reduce wastage
• Operate the cashier system and handle cash/POS reconciliation for the shift
• Manage queue and host duties during peak periods to keep wait times reasonable
• Monitor soft serve machine performance and flag issues to Assistant Manager/Manager
• Enforce hygiene and food safety standards on the floor
• Coach and guide Team Members and Part-Timers during service
• Report shift-end stock levels and any incidents to management

Requirements
