is seeking a Supervisor to ensure consistent fulfillment of the customer promise by maintaining quality store operations, leading and empowering the team, and maximizing financial performance through adherence to company policies. You will oversee opening and closing procedures, stock receiving, POS setup, product availability, and SOP compliance, while coaching trainees and maintaining a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Food and Beverage store operations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store opening: receive stocks, set up stations, verify readiness.
• Monitor daily operations for compliance with standards and smooth workflow.
• Enforce grooming standards and maintain a professional store appearance.
• Inspect chillers/freezers and prevent expired stock usage.
• Ensure SOPs are followed by all crew members.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout hours.
• Coach new trainees per training plan to build capabilities.
• Record hourly checks and temperature monitoring of equipment.
• Complete store checklists accurately and timely.
• Oversee closing procedures including cash reconciliation and POS end-of-day.
• Record expired stock and wastage for inventory control.
• Lead, motivate and develop team members for a productive environment.

Overview

The Supervisor ensures consistent fulfillment of 4FINGERS’ customer promise by maintaining quality store operations, leading and empowering team members positively, and maximizing financial performance through independent judgment and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead store opening operations by receiving stocks, setting up stations, organizing POS systems, and verifying operational readiness before trading starts.
• Monitor daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards and smooth workflow.
• Enforce staff grooming standards to maintain a professional store appearance.
• Inspect chillers and freezers to prevent expired stock usage.
• Ensure all crew members follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently.
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and organization throughout operating hours.
• Guide new trainees according to the training plan to build team capability.
• Conduct and document hourly operational checks and temperature monitoring of equipment.
• Complete all required store checklists accurately and timely.
• Oversee store closing procedures including cleaning, tidying, cash reconciliation, and POS end-of-day closing.
• Record expired stocks and wastages systematically for inventory control.
• Account for all store properties to prevent loss or damage.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team and management to ensure operational goals are met.
• Adapt to shift work schedules including weekends and public holidays to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Food and Beverage store operations.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage and lead team members.
