Job summary

TIANTIAN RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable restaurant supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

You will report to the Restaurant Manager and assist in coordinating staff, shifts, and workflow to meet business needs. The role requires at least three years of relevant experience, willingness to work weekends and public holidays, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to organize shifts and supervise part-time workers.
• Strictly follow local SFA requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire restaurant operation.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager and assist as needed.
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints.
• Organize shifts and supervise part-time staff.
• Monitor costing and minimize waste.
• Lead captains and service crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend to customer complaints.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
• Report to the Restaurant Manager
• Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts and arrange the part-timer worker
• Monitor team members and F&B costing matters
• Lead a team of captain/service crew to ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant
• Control costs and minimize waste
• Attend to customer complaints (if any)

• You are required to work 6 days per week.
• Flexible weekly off according to business needs
• Willing to work long hours as per the business requirement
