Job summary

PRINTECH INTERNATIONAL & CONSULTANT PTE. LTD. is seeking an F&B outlet supervisor to oversee daily operations, monitor staff and ensure service and safety standards are met.

You will coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, and assist with training to improve efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the F&B outlet.
• Monitor staff attendance, work schedules and daily manpower deployment.
• Assign duties to service and kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow during operating hours.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Monitor food quality, preparation standards and service quality.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service-related issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock usage and assist with ordering and receiving of supplies.
• Conduct regular checks on food storage, equipment and outlet cleanliness.
• Assist in training and coaching new and existing staff on service standards and operating procedures.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling and basic operational records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to support daily operations.
• Assist the Manager in implementing operational procedures and improving efficiency.
• Prepare daily operational reports and elevate operational issues to the Manager when necessary.
