Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and safety standards.
• Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.
• Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claims or VOs.
• Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work.
