Job summary

Victoria Consulting PTE. LTD. seeks an Outlet Supervisor to assist the general manager by interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling and disciplining outlet staff. You will ensure opening/closing checklists are completed each shift and monitor performance for continuous improvement.

Daily duties include using a computer to charge customers, prepare forecasts and revenue reports, write correspondence, and produce timely daily and monthly reports to support center operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising outlet staff.
• Experience interviewing and selecting staff.
• Experience in training and disciplining employees.
• Strong data-entry and basic reporting skills.
• Proficient computer use for charging customers and generating forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted on time.

• Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift
• Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary
• Ensuring that all steps of services as outlines in training materials are being followed on a daily basis for centeral kitchen staff
• Give guidance toward improvement and make necessary adjustments for consistency.
• Utilize computer to accurately charge customers, create forecast and revenue reports and write correspondence. Input and retrieve data and change computer procedures using complex series of keypunches to program system
• Ensure all daily and monthly reports are detailed and submitted in a timely matter
