Job summary

PICOTIN ASQ PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced kitchen supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations in Singapore. You will manage kitchen staff, coordinate food orders, supervise food prep and cooking, and ensure plating meets quality standards.

You will establish portion sizes, schedule shifts, price menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager, and maintain sanitation and safety compliance while controlling costs through regular reports.

• Keep weekly and monthly cost reports
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
