Job summary

Tiruppu Textiles Manufacturing Private Limited is seeking an operations supervisor to oversee daily tasks, shifts, and workloads on the production floor. You will monitor production metrics, guide the team, and resolve on-floor issues to maintain service quality.

The role includes onboarding and training new hires, conducting performance evaluations, resolving conflicts, and enforcing safety policies to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and manage shifts.
