Job summary

VIX MARKETING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations-focused professional to oversee staff scheduling, delegate daily tasks, and monitor active projects, ensuring smooth workflow across teams.

You will train new hires on company policies, job duties, and safety rules while setting performance goals, reviewing metrics, and providing regular coaching. Strong communication and leadership are essential to motivate and guide staff and maintain safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: Create staff schedules, delegate daily tasks, and monitor active projects.
• Training & Onboarding: Teach new hires company policies, job duties, and safety rules.
• Performance Tracking: Set individual goals, review metrics, and give regular feedback or coaching.
• Conflict & Problem Resolution: Mediate employee disputes, handle escalations, and fix workflow bottlenecks.
• Reporting: Document attendance, track output, and report performance records to senior management.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce workplace safety guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to relay management goals downward and team issues upward.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide staff without alienating team members.
