You will monitor performance, attendance, and productivity, assign tasks, provide guidance and training, review daily reports, and coordinate cross‑departmentally to align activities with company objectives while maintaining a safe, organized working environment.

• Coordinate cross-departmentally to align activities with company objectives
• Assist management in implementing operational plans and improving work processes for efficiency
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive working environment to support team performance
