Responsibilities

• Staff oversight & training: supervise, schedule, train, mentor team members while tracking performance.
• Workflow & process management: monitor daily operations, streamline procedures, eliminate bottlenecks.
• KPI & performance tracking: measure and report KPIs, operational metrics, and departmental goals.
• Compliance & safety: enforce SOPs, policies, and health, safety or legal regulations.
• Inventory & resource coordination: oversee basic inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and supply distribution.
• Conflict resolution & liaison: mediate staff disputes and relay updates between staff and senior leadership.

Core Responsibilities

• KPI & Performance Tracking: Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and departmental goals.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and health, safety, or legal regulations.
• Inventory & Resource Coordination: Oversee basic inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and supply distribution.
• Conflict Resolution & Liasion: Mediate team disagreements and relay updates or challenges between staff and senior leadership
