Job summary

JMR PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable supervisor to manage daily outlet operations in our Singapore-based venue. You will lead, train, and supervise service staff, ensuring smooth customer service and timely handling of enquiries and feedback.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, experience in Singapore’s F&B or service industry, and the ability to work independently while supporting promotions and workflow improvements.
