Job summary

HAPPINESS SUNBO CAFE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor to oversee daily food production, outlet operations, staff coordination, food quality, inventory control and administrative tasks in Singapore.

The role requires supervising production teams, planning schedules, ensuring food safety compliance, controlling costs and reporting performance to management. This is a full-time position with six-day work weeks and Singapore as the work location.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in F&B, Food Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in F&B operations, food production, or related environment.
• Experience supervising production or F&B staff.
• Knowledge of food preparation, production processes and hygiene standards.
• Experience in manpower coordination and operational reporting.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operation Supervisor to oversee daily food production, outlet operations, staff coordination, food quality, inventory control and operational administration. The successful candidate will work closely with management to ensure efficient production processes, consistent food quality, proper manpower deployment and compliance with food safety and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food preparation and production activities.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules according to business and outlet requirements.
• Monitor food preparation processes to ensure consistency, quality and productivity.
• Ensure food products are prepared according to established recipes, procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of food products to outlets.
• Monitor production output and identify operational issues affecting productivity.
• Assist management in improving production processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure production areas are properly maintained and organized.
• Supervise and coordinate food production and operations staff.
• Allocate daily duties and manpower according to operational requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, work performance and productivity.
• Train and guide staff on work procedures, food preparation and operational standards.
• Coordinate manpower deployment between production and outlet operations where required.
• Address day-to-day operational issues and elevate significant matters to management.
• Ensure food handling and production processes comply with applicable food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, preparation standards and product consistency.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and labelling of food ingredients and products.
• Conduct regular checks on production areas, equipment and food preparation processes.
• Assist in maintaining records relating to food safety, hygiene and quality control.
• You’ll need to log in with Singpass to verify your identity
• Coordinate corrective actions when food quality or hygiene issues are identified.
• Monitor daily usage of ingredients, packaging materials and other production
• supplies.
• Assist with inventory planning and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries and product requirements.
• Monitor wastage and identify opportunities to improve food cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production, stock and wastage records.
• Assist management with food cost and operational cost monitoring.
• Prepare daily and periodic operational reports for management.
• Maintain proper operational documentation and filing.
• Perform other relevant operational and supervisory duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Food & Beverage, Food Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in F&B operations, food production, food manufacturing or a related environment.
• Experience in supervising food production or F&B operational staff.
• Knowledge of food preparation, production processes and food hygiene standards.
• Experience in manpower coordination, inventory control and operational reporting.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate multiple operational activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B production and operational
• environment.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience will be an advantage.
