Job summary

NPS Food Pte. Ltd. seeks a restaurant supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent quality and service.

You will supervise food preparation, inventory management, and maintain cleanliness and safety across the dining area to meet company standards. You will liaise with customers, follow delivery instructions from the director, monitor FIFO storage of frozen items, inspect stock for defects, and report to management.

Job description

• Responsible for complete supervison of restaurant .
• Should have knowledge of food preparation, management and inventory .
• Should be responsible for cleanliness of restaurant.
• Should liase with customers and responsible for proper food delivery.
• Understand delivery instructions from director and packing requirements by customers.
• supervise and make sure that frozen food items are stored and rotated properly following First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
• Monitor quality and quantity of food items. Inspecting stock items for defects and report to management.
• Responsible for the incoming and outgoing raw materials and trading goods and outgoing finished products
• To check the store keepers are maintaining cleanliness and storage safety of food products.
• Monitor, count and record Inventories. Maintain proper documentations and pictures of inventory records
• Should be able to work in any shifts/split shifts and in rotational holidays.
