Job summary

Meridian Fitness Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Studio Operations role to deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage daily studio activities.

You will greet customers, register and process payments, guide offerings and events, and lead front-of-house and bar teams to maintain cleanliness and adherence to SOPs, while ensuring high service standards for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class hospitality to customers at all times.
• Greet, assist, check in customers and answer queries in person or by phone.
• Use management software to register customers and process payments.
• Guide customers about studio offerings, promotions and events.
• Take initiative to handle customers and deliver custom solutions.
• Perform daily, weekly and quarterly tasks to maintain the space, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle customer service requests and email responses.
• Report malfunctions, damages or problems to the Studio Manager.
• Lead FOH and BAR staff per SOP to deliver excellence.
• Keep the team updated on studio programs, products, services and promotions.
• Engage customers to improve engagement and service standards.
• Update Studio Manager on staff welfare and performance.
• Maintain front-of-house and bar inventory; purchase when stock drops.
• Keep storage spaces tidy; liaise with baker for bar orders.
• Any other duties assigned.

Job description

Studio Operations

• Provide first-class hospitality to customers at all times.
• Greeting, assisting, checking in customers, answering any customer queries in person or by phone, and working efficiently with business management software to register customers and process payments.
• Guide customers about studio offerings, promotions, and special events.
• Take initiative and be proactive in handling customers and deliver custom solutions to meet the client’s needs and request.
• Carrying out daily, weekly and quarterly scheduled tasks for the maintenance of the space and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the studio are met.
• Handle all customer service requests and email responses.
• Report any matters regarding malfunctions, damages, or potential problems to the Studio Manager.

People Management

• To lead by example, ensuring all FOH and BAR employees are working and carrying out daily tasks efficiently and according to the Company SOP to deliver excellence.
• To keep the team updated with knowledge of studio programs, products & services, on-going promotions, instructors, etc.
• Reach out to customers to better understand and continuously improve engagement and service standards.
• To update Studio Manager on staff welfare and performance.

Stock Management and Procurement

• Ensuring the upkeep of front-of-house and bar inventory stock, purchasing and ordering of products when inventory drops to a specified level.
• Maintaining efficiency, tidiness and cleanliness of the storage spaces in the studio.
• Liaise with the baker for baked goods orders for the bar
