Job summary

Jal Yoga is seeking a Studio Manager for our Katong or Kovan location in Singapore. You will own the studio's performance, drive sales and lead conversion, and ensure exceptional member experiences.

• Experience in a customer-facing sales, service, hospitality, or fitness/gym management role.
• Ability to build genuine relationships with members and the community.
• Comfortable being the visible owner responsible for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Sales & conversion — turning leads into trials and trials into members.
• Member experience — building real relationships and helping members.
• Studio environment — keeping Katong or Kovan studio visually appealing and well-run.
• Online reputation — responding to and resolving Google reviews and feedback.
• Day-to-day presence — on-site during operating hours, coordinating with instructors and staff.
• Escalation — raising issues early to prevent bigger problems.
