Job summary

Hom Yoga in Singapore is seeking a Front Desk and Community Stewardship Coordinator to lead daily studio operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will manage bookings, payments, inquiries, and maintain policies with warmth and professionalism.

You will drive member engagement and sales through direct engagement, lead follow-up, partnerships, and campaigns, while supporting business development and a healthy membership pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work shift hours and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Operations & Member Experience: anchor of the studio floor with warm, confident care.
• Coordinate daily opening/closing, bookings, check-ins, payments and inquiries.
• Drive community stewardship and sales through direct engagement and campaigns.
