Job summary

AMORE FITNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager (amber & am Pilates) to drive studio operations, lead a diverse team, and grow sales.

You will oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate maintenance, manage member experiences and ensure brand standards across all interactions. You will lead a roster of staff, conduct weekly huddles and performance reviews, and own monthly targets for memberships, class packs and retail products.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with focus on relationships and retention.
• Experience using booking systems, CRM tools and basic reporting.
• 2–4 years in team leadership or studio management.
• Experience in fitness/ hospitality or service-based management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day studio operations and sales performance.
• Lead and schedule a team of full-time, part-time and freelance staff.
• Drive monthly sales targets for memberships, class packs and retail.
• Coordinate member onboarding, re-engagement and retention efforts.
• Oversee customer service, safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and monitor KPIs for management.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and performance reviews.
