Job summary

Jal Yoga International Pte Ltd is seeking a Studio Manager for our Katong studio to own overall performance, drive leads, and ensure an exceptional member experience.

You will lead sales conversations, convert trials to memberships, and coordinate with the Customer Care Executive to ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires on-site presence from 12:00pm to 9:00pm, with a weekly day off, and a strong focus on hospitality and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience in leads management and sales reporting, with discipline to track and report performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead leads management with prompt responses and tracking.
• Run sales and conversion activities to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain up-to-date sales leads, trials, and conversions reporting.
• Coordinate day-to-day tasks with the Customer Care Executive for enrolments and class prep.
• Build rapport with members and trial-goers to support retention and experience.
• Keep the studio clean, orderly, and well-stocked, coordinating with Ops & Admin lead.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via calls, messages, or in person.
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly through the proper channels.
