Down for More is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Singapore to balance customer service, membership sales, and studio operations. You will be the first and last brand touchpoint, ensuring a seamless client experience.

You will manage schedules, promotions, and account activities across in-person, phone, email, and WhatsApp. The role emphasizes proactive sales, high service levels, and a dynamic, people-first work culture with staff perks.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert on class schedules, offerings, studio policies, and promotions.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable membership options.
• Handle client account management, including package validity, extension requests, and upselling opportunities.
• Manage all client interactions across in-person, phone, email, and WhatsApp chat.
• Assist with class check-ins, bookings, and payment processing.
• Uphold the Down for More brand voice in all communications- confident, engaging, and fun.
