Job summary

Focus Movement Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a friendly Studio Assistant to be the first face and voice for our two studios. You will greet clients, check them in, manage MindBody bookings, and ensure a smooth, welcoming visit while assisting with packages and payments.

You will handle inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp, guide new clients through introductory offers, coordinate with physiotherapists and instructors, and help keep the studios pristine and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Warm, friendly and professional communication.
• Organised and reliable with the ability to manage day-to-day studio operations.
• Clear English communication, both spoken and written; additional language is a plus.
• Comfortable with booking software; MindBody experience is a bonus.
• Interest in Pilates, movement or wellness.
• Willing to work a 5-day week, including weekends and some public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, check them in, and make every visit feel personal across both studios.
• Run MindBody: bookings, waitlists, payments, packages and schedule changes.
• Handle enquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp with a warm, quick, professional touch.
• Turn first-time enquiries into visits.
• Guide new clients through introductory packages and find the right class or instructor.
• Coordinate with physiotherapists and instructors to start sessions on time.
• Maintain premium studio vibe with opening/closing routines and tidy spaces.
• Support Polestar instructor training courses on weekends.
