Job summary

STRONG Pilates in Singapore seeks a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional to drive membership sales across multiple channels. You will engage prospects, conduct studio tours, and tailor memberships to individual fitness goals.

You will also deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage bookings and payments, and support brand activation events to generate new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong sales ability to proactively convert enquiries into memberships.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Clear communicator with confidence in presenting memberships and class packs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively convert walk-in enquiries, trial attendees and leads into paying members.
• Conduct studio tours and consultations to tailor membership recommendations.
• Drive membership sales through consultative selling and tailored recommendations.
• Follow up leads via phone, WhatsApp and email to maximise conversions.
• Build relationships with members to encourage renewals and upgrades.
• Identify upselling opportunities across memberships, retail and promotions.
• Reactivate inactive members and follow up with lapsed clients.
