BREATHE PILATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Studio Manager in Singapore to oversee daily studio operations, maintain a pristine environment, and lead studio reps, leads, and cleaning staff.

You will manage class schedules, coordinate with instructors, and ensure smooth administrative tasks such as billing and client registrations. This role emphasizes client relations, Mindbody updates, and collaboration with the marketing team on promotions and membership benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day studio operations, scheduling classes and coordinating with instructors.
• Oversee billing, payments, and client registrations to ensure accuracy.
• Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure studio cleanliness and safe equipment maintenance.
• Monitor inventory of Pilates equipment and supplies; reorder as needed.
• Engage with local community through events and partnerships.
