Job summary

Pilatique Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Studio Coordinator to enhance client experience, drive sales and manage day-to-day studio operations across its Singapore studios.

The role covers client enquiries, bookings, payments, renewals and coordination with instructors to optimise schedules. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills and is comfortable using Mindbody.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, hospitality or retail
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
• Confident communicating via WhatsApp, phone and email
• Good written and spoken English
• Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries, bookings and follow-ups
• Able to explain pricing, packages and services
• Able to work independently and take ownership

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries, sales and follow-up via WhatsApp, phone, email and walk-ins
• Create warm, professional studio experience at front desk
• Manage bookings, cancellations, waitlists and scheduling using Mindbody
• Coordinate with instructors on schedule changes and client requirements
• Maintain accurate client and booking records; support studio promotions and events
• Provide general admin support to studio management; assist with education team as needed
