• Ability to manage sensitive student cases with discretion.
• Familiarity with restorative practices or student support processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations related to student misconduct and behavioural incidents.
• Maintain confidential records of student cases and follow-up actions.
• Engage students involved in disciplinary cases and with their guardians.
• Build positive relationships with students needing behavioural or emotional support.
• Support implementation of safety or intervention plans.
• Facilitate restorative conversations between affected parties where appropriate.
• Support counselling and help students understand consequences of actions.
• Collaborate with counsellors and student support teams.
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding cases and follow-up measures.
