Job summary

GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a Student Management Officer to work with the school management team, teachers, and counsellors. You will investigate misconduct cases, contribute to rehabilitation plans, and engage parents to support a safe, inclusive school environment.

The role requires a Diploma, 2+ years’ experience with youth, and demonstrated skills in investigations, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. Office hours run Mon–Thu, with Fri; contract through 2027.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a polytechnic or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years working with youth in a professional setting.
• At least 2 years in investigations or case management.

Responsibilities

• Investigate student misconduct in a fair, thorough, trauma‑informed manner and document findings.
• Support rehabilitation programmes and monitor student progress with regular check‑ins.
• Participate in preventive activities, including walkabouts to deter unlawful activities.
• Maintain complete case records and coordinate with external agencies and partners.
