Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a dedicated staff to support student management, including investigations, statements, and reporting on minor incidents. The role covers supervision of detention and corrective work, internal suspension support, data entry for disciplinary events, and confidentiality in handling student information.

You will also compile weekly or monthly statistics and assist in various administrative duties related to student management as assigned by the School.

Responsibilities

• Investigative & Case Support: assist in preliminary investigations and factfinding interviews regarding minor incidents, obtain statements, compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports.
• Detention: supervise students in behavioural detention class and corrective work orders, ensure tasks are completed and follow up on missed detention.
• In-House Suspension Support: assist staff in managing students under internal suspension and during missing class, maintain learning continuity.
• Administrative Support: data entry for late-coming, offences and interventions; compile discipline statistics; monitor student reporting channel; ensure confidentiality.
• Other duties: perform administrative and operational duties pertaining to student management as assigned.
