Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews for minor incidents.
• Obtain statements, compile evidence, and prepare structured incident reports.
• Update parents on investigation progress and conclusion.
• Supervise students in Behavioural Detention Class (BDC) and Corrective Work Order (CWO).
• Ensure students complete assigned detention tasks; follow up on missed detentions.
• Support students on in-house suspension and those missing from class.
• Support learning continuity during suspension by liaising with form teachers.
• Perform data entry for late-coming, offences, and interventions.
• Compile weekly/monthly discipline statistics.
• Monitor student reporting channel and maintain confidentiality.
• Review detention, late-coming, and CWO processes during holidays.
• Any other student management duties assigned by the School.
