Join a team that coordinates with teachers, parents, and stakeholders, manages behaviour professionally, supervises student activities, and contributes to safeguarding and accurate documentation across the school community.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in education, youth services, community work, or social services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Maintain calm and confidentiality in challenging situations.
• Exhibit maturity, patience, observation, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Maintain good documentation skills for accurate record-keeping.

• Engage students to build positive relationships and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Manage student behaviour, conflicts, and disciplinary incidents professionally to maintain a safe environment.
• Supervise students actively to monitor safety and promptly report behavioural concerns.
• Coordinate effectively with school staff, parents, and relevant stakeholders on student-related matters.
• Maintain accurate student incident records and prepare reports to support student well-being activities.
