Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a school or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate student misconduct and bullying cases to gather facts and support disciplinary decisions.
• Document disciplinary case findings accurately and maintain confidential records.
• Provide guidance and pastoral care to students, including at-risk youths, to support their well-being.
• Patrol school premises to supervise students and ensure a safe environment.
• Manage student conflicts by applying de-escalation techniques and monitoring disciplinary interventions.
• Collaborate professionally with students and staff while maintaining confidentiality and case management standards.
