BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Student Monitoring & Support professional for a 2027 contract in Woodlands, Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in a secondary school setting, strong English communication, and the ability to engage and support students and families

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in a secondary school setting, preferably in student management, discipline, or pastoral care roles.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; able to communicate clearly with students, staff and parents.
• Strong note-taking and documentation skills.
• Able to engage students effectively, monitor wellbeing, and follow up on interventions and activities.
• Demonstrates empathy and strong interpersonal skills when working with youths.
• Mature, firm, and composed in managing student behaviour and discipline matters.
• Able to exercise sound judgement and remain calm under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Monitor attendance and latecomings for Gear-Up students.
• Patrol school compound and surrounding neighbourhood to ensure student safety.
• Identify at-risk students and flag concerns to school staff promptly.
• Support and oversee programmes for at-risk students; accompany staff on home visits.
• Assist in day-to-day discipline duties and address student conduct issues in a constructive manner.
• Maintain records of student interactions and incidents; provide general administrative support for Gear-Up activities.
