Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in education, youth-related, community, social-service or people-facing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to engage with children or youths and build constructive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive or emotionally charged situations calmly and appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Engage students and provide timely guidance and follow-up.
• Assist in managing student conduct and behavioural incidents with de-escalation and restorative follow-up.
• Supervise students, monitor interactions and report concerns to school personnel.
• Collaborate with school personnel and stakeholders to manage student cases and liaise with parents.
• Document and report observations and follow-up actions in line with school requirements.
• Stay informed on youth and online trends and highlight implications for student wellbeing.
• Undertake other student management duties as assigned by the school.
