Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in education or youth-facing environments is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to engage with children and youths while maintaining boundaries.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with students and provide guidance.
• Assist in managing student conduct and behavioural issues.
• Supervise students and monitor well-being.
• Identify and report concerns requiring intervention.
• Liaise with staff, parents, guardians, and stakeholders.
• Maintain records of incidents, interventions, and follow-ups.
• Follow school policies and reporting protocols.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
