Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a School Discipline Support professional to help manage daily student conduct and welfare within a school setting in Singapore. You will investigate incidents, mentor students, and maintain accurate records to support a safe learning environment.

This role requires strong communication, resilience, and the ability to engage with students and parents, while upholding confidentiality and safeguarding protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in discipline management, case management, or behavior support involving youths.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in youth work or related fields.
• Experience with restorative practices or structured behavior management frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and parents effectively.
• Emotional resilience and cultural sensitivity to manage high-pressure situations and interact fairly with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily discipline operations within the school including monitoring latecomers, detentions, suspensions, and campus walks.
• Investigate student incidents, follow up with involved students, and engage parents to resolve issues.
• Guide and mentor students with disciplinary challenges and track progress toward positive behavior changes.
• Maintain confidential records using Word and Excel and ensure PDPA compliance.
• Follow safeguarding and emergency protocols, escalating concerns about student safety promptly.
• Perform additional student management and school operations tasks as assigned.

Job Summary

Support student discipline and welfare by managing daily operations, investigating incidents, mentoring students, and maintaining accurate records to promote a safe and supportive school environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily discipline operations including monitoring latecomers, detention, suspensions, and conducting walkabouts within the school and surrounding neighborhood
• Investigate student incidents, follow up with involved students, and engage parents to resolve issues effectively
• Guide and mentor students with disciplinary challenges, tracking their progress to support positive behavior change
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, disciplinary cases, and investigation findings using Word and Excel
• Follow safeguarding and emergency protocols, escalating concerns about student safety or well-being promptly
• Handle student and family information in strict compliance with PDPA confidentiality requirements
• Perform additional student management and school operational duties as assigned
