WSH Experts Pte Ltd invites applications for a Discipline Support Officer to supervise campuses, maintain a visible adult presence in high‑movement areas, and conduct routine patrols during recess and lunch to support safe transitions.
You will assist in investigations, collect statements, manage latecomer records, supervise detention sessions, and coordinate restorative activities, guiding students back to learning with fairness and confidentiality.
The Services required are set out as follows:
Serve as a visible adult presence in high-movement areas and
conduct systematic patrols during recess, lunch breaks, and lesson
transitions.
Maintain supervisory presence in the canteen and Indoor Sports Hall
during daily recess periods.
Support proactive discipline strategies and assist in simple peer
reconciliation or mediation (where appropriate).
Collect mobile phones and record latecomers arriving after 8am
(Tuesdays to Fridays) or 9am (Mondays).
Manage latecomers data and Detention list.
Help establish a structured environment for suspended students to
support learning continuity during suspension.
Guide students through structured reflective activities and support
their transition back into the classroom environment.
Assist in conducting preliminary investigations and fact-finding
interviews.
Obtain student and witness statements where appropriate.
Compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports to relevant
Key Personnel for directions.
Supervise detention sessions, including maintaining attendance and
behavioural records.
Coordinate reflection and restorative activities with Student
Management Committee members.
Facilitate student reflection on choices, consequences and
improvement strategies, ensuring that detention tasks are
meaningful and developmental in nature.
Collate and manage discipline-related data, including latecoming
records, discipline statements, and other relevant documentation.
The DSO will report operationally to the Student Management
Committee.
The deployment schedule will be determined by the school in
accordance with the termly school timetable and school events
