Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an Executive to support the implementation and operations of the STAR Student Concession Card module, including ongoing concession card administration, case management and related workload. The role also provides secondary support to Connexions@TP, The Hive and The Sanctuary, as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or student services, strong communication skills, and be organised and detail-focused to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Qualifications in any discipline with relevant experience in customer service, student services, hospitality or office administration would be an advantage.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and operations of STAR Student Concession Card module, including administration and tracking.
• Manage concession card applications, records and case status with schools and external parties.
• Assist concession card distribution and respond to student enquiries on applications and processes.
• Provide frontline support to Connexions@TP, The Hive and The Sanctuary, including space readiness and bookings.
