Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore is seeking an Executive to support the STAR Student Concession Card module, handling system-related administration, processing and workload. The role also provides operational support to campus services.

You will manage applications, coordinate with schools and external parties, and assist with distribution and inquiries. The role may involve supporting other campus spaces and peak-period operations as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or office administration is advantageous.
• Ability to engage students and stakeholders professionally.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary operational support for STAR Student Concession Card module, including admin and tracking.
• Manage concession card applications, maintain records, monitor status, coordinate with schools and external parties.
• Support concession card distribution and respond to student inquiries.
• Provide secondary frontline support to Connexions@TP, The Hive and The Sanctuary, including space readiness and service records.
• Support peak-period operations and other departmental duties.
