Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic is seeking an Executive to support the STAR Student Concession Card module and related operations. This role handles administration, case tracking, and processing workload for the new function, with secondary support to Connexions@TP, The Hive and The Sanctuary.

You will manage applications, monitor cases, liaise with Schools and external parties, respond to enquiries, and contribute to reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in any discipline with relevant experience in customer service, student services, hospitality or office administration would be an advantage.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-up actions.
• Comfortable using digital systems and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary operational support for the STAR Student Concession Card module, including system-related administration and processing.
• Manage student concession card applications and cases, track status, and coordinate with Schools, Departments and external parties.
• Support concession card distribution and respond to student inquiries about applications and collection.
• Provide frontline support to Connexions@TP, The Hive and The Sanctuary, including space readiness and bookings.
• Assist peak-period operations and routine departmental duties as required.
