Job summary

SISH Institute Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Student Services Executive to support the academic programmes and student services. The role balances independent initiative with teamwork, reporting to the Operations Manager and project leaders as needed.

You will handle STP processes, assist international students with relocation, manage enrolments and onboarding, and maintain student records. The position is full-time, based in Singapore with possible additional hours for events and projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, education, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or student services experience
• Proficient knowledge of SOLAR system and ICA Student Pass processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and digital survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey)

Responsibilities

• Manage all matters related to Student's Pass (STP), including submissions, appeals, updates and renewals
• Assist international students with relocation and settling into life in Singapore
• Handle student enrolment processes and onboarding document coordination
• Maintain student P-files and timely updates of student databases
• Prepare and file reports related to student services and compliance
• Serve as SurveyMonkey Administrator and disseminate End-of-Module/End-of-Course surveys
• Respond to student inquiries and provide guidance on school services, attendance and enrolment
• Assist in examinations as invigilator and support meeting preparation with minutes distribution
