sggovterp in Singapore invites a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Student Development to support club management, facilities, systems and finance administration. You will work with students, staff, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

The role involves managing CCA clubs, facilities bookings, student systems, and club finances, with opportunities to contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Recognised degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant admin/operations experience.
• Experience in facilities management or vendor management would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with systems, data and processes.
• Independent, ownership mindset, able to handle multiple priorities.
• Passionate about student development and working with youths.

Responsabilidades

• Club Management & Student Development: Manage assigned CCA clubs and guide student leaders on administration, programmes and leadership development.
• Facilities Management: Manage facilities bookings, maintenance coordination and vendor coordination.
• Student Systems Administration: Administer student development systems, user access, reporting and improvements.
• Student Club Finance Administration: Administer claims, reimbursements and advances, ensuring policy compliance.
