Job summary

ESSEC Business School in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive (Student Life) to oversee and coordinate student life, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive campus that supports academic and personal growth.

Reporting to the Senior Manager (Registrar Office) and collaborating with the Academic Affairs team, this on-site role will drive student activities, services, governance, and campus life while mentoring student leaders and coordinating field trips and campus resources to enhance the student

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in student affairs or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee student activities on and off campus.
• Coordinate student services and wellbeing resources for APAC students.
• Promote student engagement and foster an inclusive campus community.
• Oversee campus life aspects including dining and facilities access.
• Manage student governance, including appointment and monitoring of student council.
• Maintain funds and handle reimbursements per ESSEC finance processes.
• Coordinate information to students and support student associations.
• Support program activities such as field trips and visits related to curriculum.
