Job summary

National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking a committed Senior Executive, Student Life to support a vibrant student experience. The role blends student engagement, advising, and hands-on programme operations with administrative duties.

You will work closely with students, student leaders and colleagues to plan events, manage venues, vendors, and procurement, and provide on-site support including occasional weekday evenings.

Qualifications

• A good degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in student affairs, higher education, event management or programme administration.
• Experience working with university students, student organisations or youth communities is advantageous.
• Experience in planning and managing events, including logistical and operational arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with students and student leaders, providing advice, support and guidance on Student Life matters, activities and initiatives.
• Coordinate and implement student programmes, activities and events, including managing venues, vendors, equipment, registration and other logistical arrangements.
• Provide on-site operational support for student activities and events, including occasional weekday evening programmes.
• Support the administration of student groups, grants, funding and other Student Life initiatives, including budgeting, expenditure tracking and procurement processes.
• Liaise with relevant NUS departments, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes and activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation and prepare reports and other administrative materials as required.
• Gather feedback from students and stakeholders and contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of Student Life programmes.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
