CTES Consulting PTE. LTD. supports a global tertiary university in Singapore seeking a Coordinator, Students & Operations to shape student experiences and strengthen campus life. The role includes orientation, induction, mentoring and events to enhance belonging and success.

You will coordinate with academic and professional teams in Singapore and Melbourne, provide student guidance, assist with stakeholder engagement and drive service improvements across student services.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or proven extensive experience in education or student services.
• Excellent organisational and event management skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate and deliver student experience initiatives (Orientation/Induction, mentoring, engagement activities).
• Coordinate operations with Singapore and Melbourne teams to support student-focused initiatives.
• Provide guidance to students on academic, personal and career matters and develop support programmes.
• Coordinate student feedback, surveys, and issue management with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with academic staff, student associations and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve student services and processes.
• Prepare reports and analyses on student experience initiatives and operational activities.
• Support planning and execution of institutional events and projects.
