National University of Singapore is seeking a committed Senior Executive, Student Life to support a vibrant student experience at NUS College. You will work closely with students, student leaders and colleagues to plan and deliver programmes, activities and events, combining engagement, advising and hands-on operations.

• A good degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in student affairs, higher education, event management or programme administration.
• Experience working with university students or youth communities is advantageous.
• Experience in planning and managing events with logistical and operational arrangements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Good organisational, administrative and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with procurement and financial processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commonly used digital tools.
• Willingness to work beyond normal office hours, including evenings, when required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with students and student leaders, providing advice and guidance on Student Life matters.
• Coordinate and run student programmes and events, handling venues, vendors and registrations.
• Provide on-site operational support for activities, including occasional evening programmes.
• Support administration of student groups, grants and funding, including budgeting and procurement.
• Liaise with NUS departments, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programmes.
• Maintain records, prepare reports and administrative materials.
• Gather feedback to evaluate and improve Student Life programmes.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
