AGRADER & I PTE. LTD. is seeking a cheerful Customer Service Officer to join our tuition centre's front-desk team in Yishun, Singapore.

You will be the first point of contact for students and parents, handling registration, scheduling and payments while ensuring a smooth daily operation. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, and thrives in a structured, customer-focused role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, calls and enquiries.
• Assist with student registration, class scheduling, payment processing and other administrative tasks.
• Explain tuition programs clearly and confidently to parents and prospects.
• Follow up with parents on attendance, payments and student matters when needed.
• Work closely with teammates to manage the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and organized environment for students and parents.
• Provide a positive and cheerful customer experience in line with our service values.
• Occasionally assist at other centre locations when required.
