Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for students and parents, in person and online.
• Provide course advice and support to prospective and existing parents.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents through timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
• Support centre operations, including scheduling, teacher deployment, and relief coordination.
• Assist with administrative duties such as invoicing and student records.
• Help ensure the smooth running of the centre and a positive experience for all students.
