Job summary

Write Edge Learning Centre (BC) PTE. LTD. is seeking a warm, service‑oriented individual to join our Customer Relations & Operations team. This role blends client support with behind‑the‑scenes operations to keep the centre running smoothly.

You will greet students and parents, provide course advice, coordinate scheduling and teacher deployment, handle invoicing and records, and contribute to a positive learning experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Leadership qualities and project management experience (an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for students and parents, both in person and online.
• Provide course advice and support to prospective and existing parents.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents through timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
• Support centre operations, including scheduling, teacher deployment, and relief coordination.
• Assist with administrative duties such as invoicing and student records.
• Help ensure the smooth running of the centre and a positive experience for all students.
